House rules

  • Minimum Stay 2 Days
  • Check-in after 3:00 PM
  • Checkout before 11:00 AM
  • 4 guests maximum
  • No smoking inside the Unit. Smoking is permitted only outside.

Check-in Method

  • Keypad
    • Guests will use the code you provide to open an electronic lock.
  • Lockbox
    • Guests will use a code you provide to open a small safe that has a key inside.
  • In-person greeting
    • Guests will meet you or your Co-Host to pick up keys.

Checkout instructions

  • Gather used towels
    • Place all dirty towels and wash cloths in the bathtub.
  • Turn things off
    • Please make sure the stove, oven and TVs are off.
  • Lock up
    • Lock the front door to the condo by pressing the middle LOCK button. The door will lock automatically. Pls ensure door closed completely.
  • Return keys
    • Please leave Gate Remote control on TV stand next to TV Remote control! To exit the gate, please use the keypad (on drivers side) 3148#
  • Additional requests
    • When you have departed; please kindly text and let us know so we can send in the cleaning crew immediately.

Standard policy

  • All Reservations require a photo copy of ID of the person booking the room.
  • Reservation Requires A $250 Refundable Deposit for incidentals (damages, etc) which shall be refunded upon checkout
  • All reservations will be assessed a $65 cleaning fee at time of booking.
  • Cigarettes, cigars or other substances that leave an odor shall forfeit the $250 deposit

Strict

  • Guests get a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
  • No Credit Card payments are allowed, We only accept Zelle or CashApp
